Hey thank you for commenting. I really aprpeciate your thoughts. And yeah, it's not super clear cut which way to go in America. But it's also very hard to buy here if you don't have relatives helping you by giving you money for the downpayment. For people with that optioin, I'm sure it tips the scales a lot.
